Shipping Policy

Baggu ships only to addresses within the United States. Standard shipping is free on every US order.

Order Processing

Orders are normally prepared within 1-2 business days, Monday through Friday, excluding US holidays. Processing time begins after payment authorization and address review.

Transit Time

Standard transportation normally takes 4-6 business days after the carrier accepts the package. Weather, carrier disruptions, peak periods, or an incomplete address may affect an estimate.

Tracking

Every shipment receives a tracking number. Tracking details are sent to the contact information provided at checkout and may take up to 48 hours to show the first carrier scan.

Address Changes

Please review the delivery address before placing an order. Contact us immediately if a correction is needed. We can change an address only before fulfillment begins and cannot guarantee interception after shipment.

Delivery Issues

If tracking shows delivery but the package is not available, check nearby secure locations and contact the carrier, then contact us. For a package that is damaged, lost in transit, or returned to sender, we will review the carrier record and provide an appropriate resolution.
